There is strictly no support crews or race supporters at the Molygrove or St Davids checkpoint as these are on private land or sensitive locations with limited traffic access. Any crews or supporters turning up at these checkpoints will cause a time penalty for their runner. Runners must still report to the checkpoint even if they are only planning on meeting the crew. Also please note that you may need to pay for parking if you are parking in any public car parks, even if the checkpoint is there. *Note all distances are approximate and rounded.
